TOURNAMENTS & EVENTS
Everything around the tournament, handled.
Event and tournament setup, branding, live scoring, and the advisory work in between — James, plus the marketing and technology team behind him.
If James mentioned this to you, this is what he meant.

WHAT WE RUN
One team for the whole event, not four vendors to manage.
Most committees end up stitching together a planner, a designer, a web person and a scoring platform, then spend the spring coordinating all of them. This is all of it, under one roof.
Tournament & Event Setup
Format and flow, run of show, club and vendor coordination, volunteer roles, and someone standing on site when it actually happens. The unglamorous half that decides whether the day works.
Branding & Marketing
Event identity, sponsorship decks, the event site, registration pages, email and social. Built by a team that has spent fifteen years doing exactly this for businesses that aren't golf tournaments.
Live Scoring App
Every group posting scores from the course, a leaderboard that moves on every phone, a big screen in the clubhouse, and your sponsors on all of it. No app store download, no paper scorecards to chase.
Consulting & Advisory
What to charge a foursome. How to tier sponsorships. Who to put in front of your executive partners. The strategy conversations that happen long before anyone tees off.
LIVE DEMONSTRATION
A group posts a score. Everyone sees it move.
This is running right now — not a screenshot. Groups enter their team score on the hole they just finished, a second player in the group verifies it, and the standings reorder for every phone on the course and the big screen in the clubhouse.
Your sponsors sit under the standings, rotating, counted. A tee sign gets looked at once. This gets opened all afternoon — and that impression number is what makes next year's sponsorship renewal an easy conversation.
Demonstration of the live scoring app, shown on a phone in a sample event's branding: a group posts a score from the course and the tournament leaderboard updates immediately for every player, with rotating sponsor placement below the standings.
Dressed in the sample Ashford Invitational brand below — every event's app wears its own colors.
BRANDING & COLLATERAL
Your event gets an identity, not a clip-art golfer.
A crest, a palette, a typeface, and every piece that comes off it — flyers, tee signs, sponsor banners, registration pages, the deck you send to a prospective presenting sponsor. Sponsors give more to events that look like they are worth giving to.
Each one is built for its event, not borrowed from us — its own palette, its own typefaces, nothing in our colors. The Ashford Invitational, the Sunnyside Scramble and Afterglow Night Golf are sample concepts created to show range, not past clients.
SPONSORSHIPS
Priced on what a sponsor actually gets.
Most tournaments sell the same tee sign at four different prices. We build tiers around real, countable exposure — leaderboard rotation, screen time at the reception, reach in the event emails — so you can raise what you charge and show the sponsor why.
Presenting
$10,000
Name on the event, permanent placement on the live leaderboard, logo on the clubhouse screen all afternoon, two foursomes, remarks at the reception, and first refusal on next year.
Eagle
$5,000
Leaderboard rotation, a foursome, tee sign, logo on every event email and the registration page.
Birdie
$2,500
Leaderboard rotation, tee sign, and logo on the registration page.
Hole
$750
Tee sign at a signature hole, listed on the event site.
Illustrative structure. Real tiers get built around your field, your market and who is already in your corner.
WHO RUNS IT
You already know the golf side.
James works inside charity and celebrity tournaments — coaching on the range before the shotgun, helping bring executive partners out to play, and advising the people putting the day together.
What most people don't know is the other half: a marketing, branding and technology team with fifteen years of building brands, sites and software. That's the part that turns a golf outing into something that looks like it cost a great deal more than it did.
Tell us about your event.
Whether it's a first-year charity outing or a tournament you've run for a decade, start with a conversation. No deck, no pitch — just what you're trying to pull off.
